Allow your visitors to book online calls or appointments with you and skip back and forth emailing!
Step One:
First you'll set up your "Booking Events" or Appointment Types within the Appointments area of ShinePages.
You can set up as many different Appointments as you would like and each can be set for one-on-one or multiple participants. You set the appointment length, day and time availability, number of weeks to display on your calendar, amount of "notice" before appointments and more.
Capture their name and email as they book - or ask for ANY information you'd like to capture. Then display a simple Thank You notice OR send them to a special "Thank You" page of your choice.
Step Two:
Add a Booking Widget to ANY page! Create a separate "book a call" page Or add to any existing page of your site.
When you add the Booking Widget to a Page you are able to select WHICH Booking Widget to Display (from those you've created in the Appointments area.)
This will allow people to select their date and time and book a call with you! The booking details will be saved with that Contact's record as well as on your "Schedule" page in ShinePages.
You'll get an email confirmation & reminder e-mail in your in-box (as will they) and the appointment will automatically be added to your linked Google Calendar.

Online Booking Facts:
You can collect any information you'd like during the online booking process and Tag your contacts. Collect basic CRM properties like name, email phone - or create your own questions with text answer options, drop-down answers, checkbox answers, radio button answers and more.
You can also "tag" your contacts as they come thru your Online Booking calendar to be able to track the actions of your contacts, segment your lists and trigger email automation sequences.
For Fee-Based Booking Events you can choose to have people select their date and time first - then send them to the checkout to pay - OR - have them pay first and then send them to the page with your Booking Calendar so they can book.
